What is
FST?
Fascial stretch therapy (FST) is a pain-free approach to alleviate any underlying causes of pain or discomfort, caused by a muscular imbalance and/or physical trauma. Utilizing different assisted stretching techniques (AIS/MPNF), we aim to address issues within the fascia, and restore proper movement function within the joint.
