Preparing for your first session?

  • Complete the Client Waiver form found in the member's area, and submit it to tim@balanced-athletics.com

  • Wear nonrestrictive clothing, ie. athletic/yoga  attire

  • Hydrate beforehand

  • Review some of the readings in the member's area, to become better acquainted with fascia and movement functions. (Optional) 

  • Consult your doctor beforehand (if injured), to ensure fascial stretch therapy is an appropriate treatment option for you. 

  • Arrive a few minutes early, as it may take some time to navigate the building
